Heather brings a unique perspective to Medicare planning—shaped by decades of experience in Human Resources and employee benefits. Working alongside employees through complex benefit decisions gave her firsthand insight into where confusion happens—and what people actually need to move forward with confidence.

She holds an MBA, multiple HR professional certifications, and is a Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA), giving her a well-rounded view of how healthcare, income, and timing decisions intersect.

As she moved into the Medicare space, Heather recognized the process wasn’t just about choosing a plan—it was about coordinating decisions that impact both healthcare and financial outcomes. That realization led her to develop the HMAC Method (Hear, Map, Advise, Coordinate)—a structured approach designed to bring clarity and alignment to an otherwise fragmented process.

Through HMAC Advisors, Heather helps individuals, families, and organizations align Medicare, Social Security, and coverage decisions into a clear path forward—simplifying complexity, avoiding gaps, and ensuring each decision supports the bigger picture.
